We are just three ordinary people (Of Latino Decent) wanting to bring to this community the finer taste of CUBA. Alex and Liz first met at a ride for Ashton a 3 year old boy who lost his life to Cancer. David later met Alex through David's wife. They were invited to go to Alex's house for a 4th of July get together. All three started talking about how they wanted to start a business, and decided on starting a restaurant. From that day a bond grew as strong as blood. They are like family. The rest is history.

David is a 10 year Veteran (Having served in both the the Army and Navy) and who has always wanted to be a man of his own. Alex has been in the food industry for 20 years and has been involved in several different restaurants here locally and in the Youngstown, OH area. Liz better known as BeeGee has a great heart and is always wanting to help those less fortunate. She has a soft spot for the kids especially, since she is a Cleveland School teacher. Both she and David have been involved in feeding the homeless and veterans on Thanksgiving day through a former Motorcycle Association they belonged to, and continued the tradition even after leaving the association, as where Alex has Sponsored Walks for Breast Cancer Awareness. They are wanting to make great tasting CUBAN cuisine and making it affordable for everyone. Wanting to honor both Veterans and First Responders.
